Plas Pencelli OEC is a Swindon Borough Council Outdoor Activity Centre. A variety of groups from 9 year old school children to mature adults follow a range of courses focusing on personal and social develoment, management training, recreation & activity skill development. Others stay to learn new skills or just have fun! We also have a large (30 beds) self catering facility for those that want to do their own thing.
